OK, I got bit by the Melalueca bug and I like my first products. One of which is the MelaBrite. It is a bleach alternative and is working wonders with my laundry situation. You see when we first bought this house almost 5 years ago, we had well water. What we found was that our clothes were holding onto "something" with the well water. Changing to city water a couple years ago helped some, but there was still that special "something" hanging in the clothes. The "something" made the clothes have a mildew type of smell, especially the towels. I would not bury my nose in even the fresh from the dryer towels to get that lovely smell we had once enjoyed.
Well, it has been a week of using the MelaBrite and I am finding that the "something" seems to be disappearing. I am able to bury my nose in my towels, even after a use or two (yep, we are one of those families that uses the towels a few times between washes). I am even noticing a freshness to some of my dish towels, which is just so not the norm. I am using it in all my laundry now, as it is colorsafe and supposed to make your colors nice and brite. My whites seem to be coming just as clean as they were with bleach.
OK, so that is the scoop on the MelaBrite. If you want to know more about it, I would be happy to chat with you via email or a phone call, just shoot me a message.
Alright, have a great weekend and woohoo! I finally got a Fabulous Friday Find on here!
