Addie followed Dave around everywhere last year. He even got her to weed a bit. Notice the dress? It is one I made, just some speedy sewing that turned out okay enough to wear.

Joe and Gav were a huge help in watching the twins. Bear kept trying to go without his life jacket and this was the first year Addie wanted to go about in the blue floaty without help. Don’t you just love how clear the water is and all the blue?

06-28-09, Amazing Farmyard Birthday Fun
My girlfriend, Lorrie, invited us to the A Maze'n Farmyard for a birthday bash for her two kids. My kiddos were so excited to finally get to go to the farmyard. The day started out blustery, yet warm. So being the good mom that I am, I dressed my kids for a warm MN day.
We started out in the petting barn…
Then the kids chased the goats and posed for some pictures…
Bear got his head stuck in the photo prop…
The kids rode the ponies, chased chickens, wandered through the corn maze, and played at the pumpstation…
It was time to have the picnic and sing happy birthday, just in time for the drizzly rain…
and then off to home. I didn’t get pictures of it, but the kids played with puppies that were for sale inside the main building before we left. They had a great time. None were so happy to be home as mom and dad, who promptly put the kids to bed and EVERYONE took a nap!

What It All Means

No it does not mean Bad Family Planning (that one was toooooo funny! I love it!)
It simply means that I am bare foot and pregnant...again! How fun! We are totally excited and the boys are showing themselves to be full of chivalry! I went online and checked my due date, which will be December 11, 2008...just in time for Christmas. Now we just need to wait a little longer to see if we get to have twins again! Crazy! Check out this cute little number:

Jansen Family Mid-Winter Break 2008
Here are some pics of WI Dells 2008! I know that there were more shots out there, but most of these are from dear Jayne (thanks)! Anyhow, I will try to give you the who's who here:

Jim, Joan, Vickie and Randy (Joan is a quilting buddy and she lost a lot of weight this year! I am so proud of her!)
Jim and Jill (they had two of thier three children with, Gena, and Tony who spent hours with my boys going up and down the elevator)

Christmas Eve at Jansen's, 12-24-07
This is Garrett's cousing Hayden. They became buddies these last couple of visits! Bear certainly looks happy! They call each other buddy.
Addie was just beginning to come down with the sickies, which really make her becoming with those rosie cheeks!
Here is the detail of the painting for the kitchen set's stove. I used my Creative Memories circle cutter to make templates, and oil pastels for the "paint" and a fine-tip Sharpy for the outlining. Dave attached some white knobs with brass accent that he just happened to have lying around for the stove controls, then put a coat or two of poly on to protect the details. It was so fun!
